ZH DIGITAL LTD – Delivery & Returns Information
Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. Zapota Hair Ltd will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels. You have 30 days to notify us if you would like a return from the date of item receipt via customercare@zapotahair.com. We process refunds and exchanges on any unused items when returned by post to Zapota Hair in the same condition sold to you, within 30 days of your notification. We will notify you by email once we’ve processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method. Do note that we only accept returns or exchanges where the original Zapota Hair tag is firmly attached. All returns must enclose a completed Returns Form supplied in the original package.
Please note that due to health and safety reason we do not accept return and refunds on the following products: The Hampstead Hairband. We will only make an exception in the unlikely event of your order being faulty, unfit for purpose and/or the incorrect item purchased. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Delivery Options
UK Customers
Standard Delivery – £4 – This service usually takes 3-5 working days. Express Delivery – £7 – This service usually takes 1-2 working days if orders are placed Monday – Thursday before 3PM.
International Customers
Shipping fees are £12. This service is fully tracked and usually takes between 1 -10 days. Please note this is a guide timeline. On the rare occasion, parcels are stopped by your local customs, delivery may exceed this time frame.
