Atarah, a name of biblical origin meaning “crown,” perfectly captures the spirit of this regal, sculptural bow.

Crafted from 100% silk organza, the Atarah large bow is hand‑embroidered with shimmering silver thread and inscribed with the words “love” and “forever,” becoming a timeless tribute to devotion.

Customisation options — The piece can be personalised with details such initials, a special date, a name, or embellished with alternative or additional gemstones. Custom work is available from £55, which includes the labour required for the bespoke detailing.

Styling options — Light, graceful, and beautifully fluid, Atarah drapes effortlessly through the hair or ties elegantly around a wedding dress as a poetic belt; a versatile adornment designed to elevate the bridal silhouette.

Your ZAPOTA hair accessory is handcrafted with care using delicate materials such as freshwater pearls, gemstones and fine beads. To preserve its beauty and longevity, please follow these recommendations:

  • Store with care — Keep your piece in its original box or in the soft pouch provided, which protects it from dust, sunlight, and scratches.
  • Avoid moisture and water — Remove your accessory before showering, swimming, or exercising. Water and humidity can weaken adhesives and dull natural stones. Do not wear or expose your piece to water. Moisture can weaken adhesives, dull stones, and distort delicate materials.
  • Keep away from chemicals — Avoid perfume, hairspray, lotions, and cleaning products, as these may damage pearls, metals, and gemstones.
  • Handle gently — Each piece is crafted with intricate detailing. Avoid pulling, bending, or placing heavy objects on top of it.
  • Clean softly — Use the soft cloth included with your ZAPOTA hair accessory to gently wipe the surface of your gemstones. Avoid liquid cleaners or chemical solutions, as these can harm pearls, gemstones, and delicate finishes.
  • Wear mindfully — Put your accessory on last when getting ready, and remove it first when undressing to prevent snagging or accidental damage.

Delivery

We prepare each ZAPOTA hair accessory with great care. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery times vary by location, but because every piece is handcrafted to order, please allow approximately 4–5 weeks from the date of purchase.

Returns

We hope you love your ZAPOTA piece. If you would like to return an item, our policy is set out below in accordance with English law.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Customised & Made‑to‑Order Items

Please note that customised, personalised, or made‑to‑order items cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes any piece featuring bespoke embroidery, added gemstones, or any modification requested by the customer. These items are exempt from cancellation and return rights under English law unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@zapotahair.com within the 30‑day period.
Returns must be sent via tracked and recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
